Paradise Water Park to open in Vrnjacka Banja soon

The countdown to the opening of the Paradise Water Park in Vrnjacka Banja has started, with the park scheduled to be officially open on July 14.

“Seventy-five percent of the water park area will be opened on July 14, while the full opening and completion of all works, according to the chief engineer, is scheduled for August 1. This is a unique water park because it will offer visitors something different, which so far no other water park in the area has,” Vrnjacka Banja’s Mayor Boban Djurovic said.

The water park will have family slides, adrenaline slides up to 30 metres high, whirlpools with nine operative modes, and the longest lazy river in Serbia, as well as pools with artificial waves and a restaurant in the central area.

The Paradise Water Park will be able to accommodate between 4,000 and 6,000 people. It also has a big parking lot. The park spans 3.5 hectares and it cost 12 million euros to build it.
