Vučić promises another EUR 100 from the state to young people

President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, said that young people will receive additional 100 euros from the state as financial aid by late June this year.

Last night, during his guest appearance at Happy TV, the Serbian president said that this time around, the financial aid will be paid for young people between 16 and 30 years of age.

“I just finished the meeting with the Minister of Finance and the Prime Minister. We will offer a new aid package to young people and they can count on at least 100 euros until Vidovdan (28th June). We will not do that before the election,” the President pointed out.

The President claims that this measure would boost consumption and hence economic growth.

He also stated that the Serbian government is currently negotiating with 92 investors, who plan to invest a total of 7.3 billion euros and create 35.000 new jobs.

Vučić added stated that he believes that by the end of the new government’s term the average salary will be 1.000 euros and the average pension 500 euros.
