In Belgrade, vaccination will also take place in shopping malls where mobile vaccination points will be set up as of next week, a decision agreed upon at a meeting between the capital’s deputy mayor Goran Vesić and representatives of shopping centres.
“We all expressed satisfaction with the reopening of the shopping centres because they employ a large number of people and have a large turnover from which the state also benefit” because they pay value-added tax,” Vesić said.
At the meeting, Vesić and shopping mall representatives also discussed how many employees in the shopping centres had been vaccinated, and the deputy mayor added that he was satisfied when he was informed that most of them had been vaccinated.
The vaccination points will stay at shopping malls for several days.
