UAE visa for Serbian citizens to be abolished

Serbian Foreign Minister, Ivica Dacic met in Abu Dhabi with his counterpart from the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.

The two officials talked about good bilateral relations between Serbia and the United Arab Emirates, and have agreed to meet again to sign several intergovernmental agreements.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan also expressed his satisfaction with the Serbian government abolishing visas for the citizens of the United Arab Emirates and underlines that he would initiate the abolition of the UAE visas for the Serbian government with his government as soon as possible.

Dacic and Al-Nahyan also signed a Memorandum of Understanding stipulating establishment of a mixed committee for consular issues. The UAE Foreign Minister is also due to visit Serbia next year.
