Travel orders: New rules as of February 2017

The new rulebook regulating the content and issuing of travel orders and the corporate travel order records has come into force and will be implemented as of 12th February, 2017.

The novelty is that, as of 12th February, 2017, companies are not obligated to issue travel orders for trucks and that travel orders should be issued only for buses and passenger cars used for transport. The Rulebook also stipulates the way in which travel orders should be filled out and the way in which travel order records should be run.

Once the new travel order rulebook comes into force, the old rulebook is no longer valid (The Official Gazette of Serbia, numbers 20/96 and 32/2010.
