For the tenth consecutive year, the company will pay dividends to its shareholders. The sum of 5,782,121,784 dinars is equal to 25% of the profits recorded in 2021.
The company “Gazprom Neft” owns 50% of the share capital of NIS, the Republic of Serbia owns 29.87% of the shares, while the company “Gazprom” owns 6.15% of the shares. The rest belongs to citizens, employees, former employees and other minority shareholders. As of June 19, 2022, NIS had 2,057,661 shareholders. 1,727,346,562.02 dinars will be paid to the balance sheet from the profit of the year 2021 to the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Serbia will also receive income based on the tax paid at the time of payment of dividends to shareholders. Citizens of Serbia who own NIS shares will be paid 30.14 dinars per share, which is the amount obtained when the 15 per cent tax that NIS is obliged to calculate and pay is deducted from the gross value of the dividend per share (35, 46 dinars).
