The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, spoke over the phone today with the Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Antonio Tajani, regarding current European and regional issues, relations between Serbia and Italy, and the possibilities for their further improvement.
“We exchanged views on Serbia’s European integration process, the continuation of reforms, and Italy’s role in this process, as well as on strengthening the partnership between our countries in areas of common interest,” Vučić announced on Instagram.
He also thanked Italy for its consistent and principled attitude towards Serbia’s European perspective and expressed his belief that the two countries, through mutual respect and constant communication, will continue to develop their relations for the benefit of the citizens of Serbia and Italy.
