Tehnomanija acquires Win Win

Tehnomanija has acquired WinWin. The integration of these two giants in the Serbian market for computers, equipment and appliances will certainly bring benefits to consumers, writes the Srpski Telegraf.

The newspaper states that the Competition Commission has given Tehnomanija approval to take over WinWin, which means that, after the merger, the company will not have a monopoly in the market, i.e. an excessive market share.

Both companies are well-positioned, and integration is a natural process in trade, as in other economic areas, the sources close to the company have said.

Tehnomanija was established two decades ago, in 1999.
