Srbijagas’ CEO, Dušan Bajatović. said there would be no new price increases for gas or electricity for now.
“Everything that has been stored has already been paid for. Every family will be able to pay for gas without jeopardising its existence,” Bajatović told Pink TV.
He added that Serbia already has enough natural gas. “We have 380 million cubic metres in Hungary and 280 million in the Banatski Dvor gas storage. As of next week, there will be much more gas,” he said.
Bajatović added that Serbia will be able to produce significant amounts of electricity from gas.
