Six Serbian feature films to premier at FEST in May

The International Film Festival, FEST, will be held this year from 7 to 16 May under the slogan “Back to the Future” and will premiere six Serbian feature films and two co-productions in minority languages, the organisers announced.

The main competition programme will include the films “Oaza”, directed by Ivan Ikić, “Živ Čovek” by Oleg Novković and “Lihvar” by Nemanja Ćeranić.

The FEST Focus selection will showcase films “Prolećna Pesma”, directed by Natalija Avramović, and the documentary films “Prizori iz Života Džukca” by Tanja Brzaković and “Kreka: Lovac na Snove” by Slobodan Ivetić, about the famous set designer Miljen Kljaković Kreka.

The main programme of the competition will also include two co-productions in minority languages – the film “Zastoj” by director Vinko Moderndorfer and “Potencijalni Kandidat”, directed by Ercan Kesal.

Over 70 films from all over the world will have their premiere at this year’s FEST.
