The Knez Milos Residence complex of residential flats and offices, will be built in the location of the former US Embassy in Belgrade.
The land plot spans a total of 5,862 square members and is surrounded by the streets Knez Milos, Vojvode Milenka and Sarajevska.
The public assessment of the Knez Milos Residence project was completed on Thursday (25th January, 2018). The project, which was drafted by Agnost, states that a total of seven facilities (A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F) will be built on the 3,398 square metre plot. The buildings will be of different height, and all of them will have an underground floor too.
The A1, A2 and B buildings will have an entrance to the complex from the Knez Milos Street. In order to preserve the original architecture, the A2 building will retain its old façade. The Energogroup Company are designated architects, while KMR Development Belgrade are listed as developers.
As previously reported, the Knez Milos Residence complex is planned to have 260 flats, 500 parking spaces and more than 5.000 square metre of office space. A total of 250 people will be employed on the construction site.
