Serbian Underground Festival from 12-13 April in Novi Sad

More than 40 artists and 16 bands of all music streams will perform at the 5th Serbian Underground Festival on April 12th and 13th.

Exhibitors, publishers and others who actively create on the alternative art scene will participate in the Festival that takes place in Hall 6 of the Novi Sad Fair. The official opening of the Festival will feature an exhibition of visual artists, various performances and a party with resident DJs. The entrance to the Festival on April 12th is free of charge.

On April 13th, the Festival will take place in two locations – the Novi Sad Cultural Centre will have the premiere of the film “Zelezne Stopinje” (entrance is free), while the musical part of the Festival will take place at the Novi Sad Fair, with a total of 16 bands performing (entrance is 500 dinars).

Friday, April 12th

Novi Sad Fair – Hall 6

20:00h – Opening of the exhibition/festival. Guests at the opening will be Jernej Vene, music editor of Radio Val from Slovenia and Zoran Bale Bulatovic, composer, musician and member of legendary bands Luna and Pekinska Patka.

20:30h – Performances by artists Nenad Bogdanovic and Aleksander Jovanovic

21:30h – Conversation with the artist Aleksandar Jovanovic.

22:00h – Launch party: DJ Smuk + DJ Zhikito.

Saturday, April 13th

 Novi Sad Cultural Centre

– Cultural Center of Novi Sad:

 15:00h – Movie Premiere of “Zelezne Stopinje”

17:00h – Conversation with the film’s director, Denis Brncic and art director Ognjen Zelic.

 Novi Sad Fair – Hall 6:

 17:30h – Performances by 16 bands
