The towns of Sabac, Valjevo, Pancevo and Nis top the list when it comes to the speed at which they issue electronic exploitation permits – the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure has said.
This is the result of the first analysis that has been conducted since the beginning of the implementation of the new e-system. The analysis covers the period from 1st January to 1st November, 2016.
Exploitation permits are issued right at the end of construction and, as the Ministry said, it took the aforementioned towns to issue them between 2 and 12 days on average.
Sabac was by far the fastest since it takes only two days to obtain an exploitation permit here. In the said period, the local authorities in Sabac issued a total of 125 permits. Valjevo is the second on the list.
When it comes to the slowest municipalities, the analysis has named Bela Crkva, Zrenjanin, Kanjiza and Dimitrovgrad.
As of this year, exploitation permit can be issued only electronically.
On another note, the construction activities in Serbia in the first five months of this year grew by 59% compared to the same period last year.
