Public call for grants to startups and small and medium-sized enterprises

The Minister of Innovation and Technological Development, Nenad Popovic, announced that a public call for submission of proposals will be launched today, providing grants to new companies or startups; funds will also be allocated to small and medium-sized enterprises for a total of six million euro.

Popovic underlined that startups can compete with their innovative ideas and receive grants totalling 80,000 euro, while small and medium-sized enterprises can apply for aid of up to 300,000 euro.

The Minister also said that applications can be submitted on the Innovation Fund’s official website – www.inovacionifond.rs – and that the whole procedure is digitised and there is no need to submit paper documents.

He stated that the public call for applications will be valid until 31 August at 15:00 h.
