From now on, Serbian citizens will be able to pay for more than 300 services provided by the Ministry of Interior related to issuing of personal documents, but also other services provided by the Ministry of Interior, through the portal eUprava in the section “Plati”.
Minister of Interior Aleksandar Vulin says emphasized that the police (which operates under the Ministry of Interior) was the first state administration body to allow citizens to pay fees for services provided by the Ministry in a simple and easy way, online, without having to wait in line at police stations.
Vulin also said that the new online service was important not only for citizens but also for businesses.
Director of the Office for Information Technology and Electronic Administration Mihajlo Jovanovic, added that citizens will be able to pay for the services online, via e-banking and mobile applications and will not have to submit proof of payment when submitting documents for making an ID, passport and other personal documents.
The Plati service allow citizens to create a single deposit slip and pay electronically with Dina, Visa, Master and Maestro cards and integrated e-banks through the eUprava portal, instead of filling out multiple deposit slips.
