Air Serbia passengers now have access to 10 modern kiosks for quick and easy check-in, including the validation of travel documents, the company said in a statement.
“The new self-service check-in kiosks and baggage drop-off stations further reduce waiting times and provide greater flexibility when travelling. This step is part of Air Serbia’s broader digital transformation, which includes the modernisation of services and the improvement of all passenger touchpoints, both on the ground and in the air, with the aim of ensuring a fast, simple and pleasant travel experience,” said Uroš Bijelić, Senior Manager for Passenger and Distribution Systems at Air Serbia.
After checking in, passengers with checked baggage can independently leave it at one of the 10 automated stations in just a few simple steps.
The stations are located in the immediate vicinity of the Premium check-in counters at Belgrade Airport and are intended exclusively for Air Serbia passengers.
This innovation represents a significant step forward in improving the customer experience and the efficiency of the check-in process at Belgrade Airport, the statement added.
