The world-famous band Norwegian band, Wardruna will perform in Serbia for the first time ever on May 7th, 2020, at the Sava Centre.
This band is known for having a limited number of concerts every year, and in most cases, their concerts sell out quickly.
Multi-instrumentalist Einar Selvik is the founder of the group that exists since 2002. His goal was to “give a new voice to the old wisdom and the tradition of Scandinavia” through the band’s music. Using ancient Nordic instruments and poetic structures in a contemporary way, Wardruna combines science with pop-culture and comes to worldwide audiences without genre constraints.
The band has released four albums, where the first three “Runaljod – gap var Ginnunga” (2009), “Runaljod – Yggdrasil” (2013) and “Runaljod – Ragnarok” (2016) make the Runaljod trilogy in which the band uses the old lyrics from the North.
The tickets for Wardruna’s concert in the Sava Centre cost 2.900, 3.200, 3.590 and 3.900 dinars. On Tuesday, July 2nd, a limited number of tickets for fan pit go on sale. Tickets are available for purchase at Ticket Vision, as well as online at www.ticket.rs .
