So far, 1,792,912 doses of the anti-coronavirus vaccine have been administered in Serbia, and 647,019 people have received their second dose, according to the latest data from the Serbian government.
Serbia is, by far, first in the region in terms of the number of vaccinations per million inhabitants, followed by Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Albania and Montenegro.
Serbia is also convincingly first in the region in terms of the number of second doses administered per million inhabitants, followed by Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, and Albania. By contrast, according to the total number of vaccinations and revaccinations, Serbia is second in the region, after Romania.
When looking at the number of those who have received the second dose of the vaccine per million inhabitants, Serbia is first in Europe, while when it comes to the number of revaccinations per million inhabitants in the world, Serbia is in sixth place, after Israel, Seychelles, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and the United States.
When it comes to the number of vaccinations per million inhabitants, Serbia is in eighth place in the world, after Israel, Seychelles, the United Arab Emirates, Great Britain, the United States, the Maldives and Chile, and second in Europe, after Great Britain.
