“Small- and micro-business owners in Novi Sad, Niš, Kragujevac, Kruševac and Valjevo who want to modernise their business now have someone to turn to for help; a support caravan made up of experienced consultants that will provide help to small businesses in the aforementioned towns”, NALED says.
Experts that will take part in this project, called Mali Biznis u Malom Prstu, will be at their disposal for all questions regarding online trade, cashless payments, registration of companies on Google Maps and taxation.
“The crisis caused by the pandemic has ushered business people into a new era of business and imposed digitalisation as a top priority. Our experienced consultants will visit at least 500 small business owners until 31st January. Making online sales, cashless payments or using maps on Google Maps is not that complicated”, says Violeta Jovanović, executive director of NALED.
Experts will explain to business owners all the steps and advantages of such activities, but will also point out all the legal obligations they have to comply with in such a case. According to her, the procedure for registering a company on Google Maps takes less than ten minutes.
“Apps like Google maps allow customers to easily find all the information they need about a business, including opening hours, contact details and GPS location. In addition, consumers can leave reviews on products and services. We expect that at the end of the campaign at least half of the small business owners will register their business on Google maps,” Jovanović adds.
Small companies based in these five cities that need this kind of support can request a visit from the consultants by sending a mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org .
