The Blic daily reports that the list of eligible election candidates endorsing the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) in Belgrade’s municipality of Stari Grad will include, among others, surgeon Moma Jakovljevic and singer Oliver Mandic.
In another Belgrade municipality, Vračar, the list of SNS-endorsed election candidates includes Nikola Selakovic, singer-songwriter Marina Tucakovic, actor Branko Milicevic Kockica, volleyball player Jelena Nikolic Nenadic and the former handball player Dragana Pesic Belojevic.

In the municipality of Palilula, actress Tijana Curovic is an SNS candidate in the election, in Zvezdara, that’s basketball player Djordje Gagic, as well as popular singer Neda Ukraden and fashion designer Suzana Peric.
At the national level, the SNS’ list of election candidates includes Minister of Agriculture Branislav Nedimovic, the Speaker of the National Parliament, Maja Gojkovic, violinist Jovan Kolundzija, Mayor of Novi Sad, Milos Vucevic, presenter at TV Pink, Lav Grigorije Pajkic and the former Minister of Culture and Belgrade Philharmonic’s director, Ivan Tasovac.
Earlier, Serbian President and the head of SNS, Aleksandar Vucic said that the SNS candidates at the election would mostly be young people whom he sees as the future leadership of the party.
