Companies owned by businessman Batrić Radunović, who invested €2.1 million in the SNS-linked Vista Rica Fund, have been awarded a series of multi-million-euro state contracts since the beginning of 2026. The projects assigned to him, mostly through consortia with other companies, are worth more than €70 million in total.
Batrić Radunović is not widely known to the public. However, his name was perhaps first linked to ties with the authorities when the weekly magazine Radar revealed last year that he had invested €2.1 million in the Vista Rica Fund.
Nevertheless, he owns several companies engaged in infrastructure works. Since the start of this year, the largest number of state-awarded contracts has gone to the companies Intergradnja COOP and PZP Požarevac, both owned by Radunović.
The most valuable contract was awarded in February this year to a consortium consisting of seven companies. Putevi Beograda engaged both Intergradnja and PZP Požarevac for road surfacing and street development works across the territory of Belgrade. This framework agreement – in which PZP alone received 50 per cent of the total contract value – is worth six billion dinars, or just over €50 million.
In Belgrade alone, the companies will work on two major projects intended to significantly ease traffic congestion in Novi Beograd. One of them is the reconstruction and extension of Vladimir Popović Street, one of the key links to the future Sava Bridge. The consortium led by Intergradnja COOP was awarded this contract worth 476.3 million dinars, or around €4 million.
State contracts worth millions
A group of contractors including Intergradnja COOP was also awarded the long-announced project connecting Greek Street and Surčin Street, following years of property and legal issues. The value of this contract is 568.9 million dinars, or €4.8 million.
Then, on 20 March, Putevi Beograda public enterprise awarded another contract to a consortium including Radunović’s two companies, Intergradnja and PZP Požarevac. The contract, worth 107,107,111 dinars (€915,445), concerns street paving and improvement works across Belgrade.
And that was not all. Putevi Beograda awarded yet another contract for street paving and improvement to a group of bidders again, including Intergradnja and PZP Požarevac. This contract is worth 107,905,718 dinars, or €922,271.
At the beginning of March this year, the municipal sanitation company Čistoća from Malo Crniće awarded a contract worth 1,920,000 dinars (€16,410) to PZP Požarevac. In the same month, the Bor authorities awarded Intergradnja COOP a contract worth 1,443,098,400 dinars – approximately €12.3 million – for investment maintenance of infrastructure in local communities across the territory of the town of Bor.
Later, in April this year, the public utility company JKP Požarevac put awarded PZP Požarevac a contract worth 154,492,393 dinars (€1.3 million) for the maintenance of streets, local roads, pavements, and restoring surfaces after interventions by other public utility companies.
Batrić Radunović is yet to respond to questions sent in writing by email regarding state contracts and investments in the Vista Rica Fund.
Intergradnja COOP reported revenues of €88.9 million last year, representing growth of 79 per cent. At the same time, the company recorded a net profit of €6.99 million, an increase of 80 per cent compared with the previous year. According to Radar, Intergradnja COOP’s profit surged by as much as 283 per cent in just one year, reaching €3.9 million in 2024, while Radunović’s road construction company PZP Požarevac posted a slightly lower profit of €3.7 million.
The revenues of Radunović’s companies come as little surprise given that in 2025 he transferred €2.1 million to the foreign currency account of the Vista Rica Fund, which is reportedly controlled by figures from the top ranks of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS).
Since then, state contracts have increasingly come under Radunović’s control.
The most lucrative contracts are certainly being awarded to Intergradnja COOP, which last year generated €88.9 million in revenue – an increase of 79 per cent compared with the previous year. At the same time, it achieved a net profit of €6.99 million, 80 per cent higher than the year before.
