“I hope that busloads of children from all over Serbia will come to the Book Fair; the children are more connected to devices that take their attention away them and dare I say it, makes them daft. The Book Fair stands in defence of not only of books but also of the joy of reading,” said Kovacevic.
Literature lovers in Serbia will have the opportunity to meet foreign writers at the Fair including David Van from the United States, Nermin Yildrim from Turkey, Sergei Shargunov from Russia and Laura Sintija Cerniauskaité from Lithuania. In addition to Egypt, as the guest of honour, there will be publishers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska, Russia, Croatia, Russia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Italy…
The single ticket will cost 250 dinars and during school days, as in all days of the Book Fair, the price of the group ticket will be 150 dinars. Parking will cost 150 dinars per hour.
