In Serbia, in October, prices of personal consumer products and services, which measure inflation, were on average 0.1% higher than in September, the State Statistical Office has said.
In October, annual inflation was 1.8%, while compared to December 2019, consumer prices increased on average by 1.1%. Prices of products from the clothing and footwear group (2.2%), communications (0.6%), catering and hotel services (0.4%), recreational activities, culture and health (0.3% each) and education (0.2%) all went up, reports Beta news agency.

The drop in prices was recorded in the transport sector (0.4%) and food and soft drinks (0.1%) groups.
