One of the world’s biggest hotel brands – Hyatt Regency – will be opened on the site of the existing Park Hotel in Novi Sad.
The signing of the construction contract and the development of the hotel, which will officially be named Hyatt Regency Novi Sad, was announced for Friday, March 3rd.
With the arrival of one of the largest hotel chains in the world, Novi Sad could certainly become a centre of the international congress industry in Vojvodina, as the hotel will also have a Congress Centre, spanning 1,900 square metres, which will be able to accommodate around 900 people.
The developer is Inobačka, while the management will come from Hyatt International Group.
„In addition to contributing to congress tourism, this hotel/business complex will also be environmentally friendly, because of our focus on green energy (renewable energy sources),“ said Inobačka.
The investment is worth 107 million euros, it will have 235 rooms and should have been completed by 2026. Once finished, it will employ 250 people.
