The Chairman of the Managing Board of the Digital Serbia Initiative, Branko Milutinovic, says that Google’s joining is the next step in the support that this global giant has already provided to the digital ecosystem of Serbia.

Nebojsa Djurdjevic, CEO of Digital Serbia, says that, with this expansion, the vision of Serbia as a digitally transformed society is a step closer to reality.

“Our organization regularly proposes concrete moves that the state can make to make it easier for companies operating in the global digital market. On the other hand, it is important that global platforms that support the development and monetization of digital products and services recognize Serbia and our ecosystem as relevant. Now that we have opened the door to Google, I am convinced that, through the dialogue and joint work, we will make significant breakthroughs that will be beneficial to every domestic startup and IT company,” Djurdjevic added.
