Gipsy Kings to perform in Belgrade in February 2020

In the late 1970s, brothers Andre and Nicolas Reyes, sons of the famous flamenco artist Jose Rejes, formed the band Gipsy Kings which later became a worldwide sensation.

Now, Andre and his band arrive in Belgrade where they will perform on February 19, 2020 at the Sava Centre.

Gipsy Kings are a French group whose members are of the Spanish origin and who also sing in Spanish. Their music is a combination of traditional flamenco, pop and other musical forms such as Catalan rumba. Gipsy Kings released their best-selling album in 1989, which spent 40 weeks at the top of the charts earning them huge popularity in Europe, America and the Middle East. In 2014, Gipsy Kings were divided into two separate factions, with Nicolas Reyes leading one group and Andre Reyes the other.
