Germany’s Muehlbauer Group has started building a plant for assembling machines used in the production of battery and fuel cells in the Vojvodina town of Stara Pazova, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday.
The investment will be worth 30 million euros and a total of 150 workers will be employed at the factory by the end of 2025, Vucic said as seen in a YouTube video posted by the Tanjug news agency.
Established in 1981, Muehlbauer has facilities in the US, Germany, Slovakia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Malaysia and China. The group’s main markets are mainly European countries and the US.
