Germany’s Koening Metall opens a factory in Ivanjica – 120 new jobs

The German metal processing company Koenig Metall has opened a facility in the Senjak industrial zone Senjak in Ivanjica.

In early June, it will be connected to the gas system, when the production is expected to launch as well.

“The company will employ 120 workers in the first phase. With the increase in the production volume, it will be possible to employ more people,” said the president of the Municipality of Ivanjica, Zoran Lazovic.

Koenig Metall has been in the sheet metal and pipe processing business for over 100 years and has factories in 7 locations, supplying the metal, the electrical and the automotive industries, as well as the exhaust system and the airbag industries.
