The concert, titled “L’italiano in scena” and dedicated to the most beautiful Italian arias and duets, will take place under the direction of Maestro Alberto Veronesi on Monday, October 21st, at 19.30, at the Madlenianum Theatre, as part of the International Italian Language Week.
This year marks the 140th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Italy and Serbia, as well as the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the strategic partnership between Rome and Belgrade.
The concert will feature the most beautiful Italian arias and duets performed by the renowned Italian artists such as soprano Donata D’Annuncio Lombardi and tenor Angelo Fiore; as well as some Serbian artists, soprano Branislava Podrumac and baritone Nikola Mijailovic, under the direction of one of the most famous Italian maestro, conductor Alberto Veronesi.
The ticket prices cost 1,300, 1,500 and 1,700 dinars.
The International Italian Language Week is marked every year in October by the Italian diplomatic network and the network of Italian cultural institutes with a rich cultural programme focused on the dissemination of the Italian language. The event is now in its 19th year and this year, it will take place from October 21st to 27th.
