Five books shortlisted for NIN Book of the Year Award

Five books have been chosen by a jury as contenders for this year’s prestigious NIN Book of the Year Award.

They are Vladimir Pištalo’s “Song of the Three Worlds”/ “Pesma od tri sveta” (publisher Agora), Steva Grabovac’s “After the Party”/ “Poslije zabave” (Imprimatur), Vladan Matijević’s “Pakrac” (Laguna), Srđan Srdić’s “Autosection”/”Autosekcija” (Partizanska Knjiga) and Ljubomir Koraćević’s “In the Land of Francis Joseph”/”U zemlji Franje Josipa” (Književna opština Vršac).

The winner will be announced on Monday, January 29th, around noon. A total of 188 books applied for the award.
