First time in Belgrade – Anime Symphony on 15 December

An unusual spectacle that combines anime (Japanese animated films) and a performance by an opera orchestra is coming to Belgrade’s Dom Omladine, on December 15, at 6:30 p.m.

For the first time in Belgrade, the Anime Symphony will be performed by the Serbian National Theatre Orchestra, conducted by the Japanese conductor Kenichi Shimura. The Belgrade Festival Centre (CEBEF) is the event’s organizer, in collaboration with the Serbian National Theatre (SNP).

The Orchestra will perform the soundtracks from famous anime films and video games – Neon Genesis, Evangelion, Sword Art Online, Fate/zero, Fullmetal Alchemist, Black Butler, Attack on Titan, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Tokyo Ghoul, Tokyo Revengers, Princess Mononoke, Howl’s Moving Castle, My Neighbour Totori other popular works of Japanese animation and game industry.

In addition, the music itself will be accompanied by film screenings.
