The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS) will present on Friday, 25th June, support programmes and credit lines for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Western Balkans, as well as opportunities for venture capital funding.
The conference, organised under the auspices of the WB EDIF Business Forum 2021″and in cooperation with the European Entrepreneurship Network (EEN) and the European Investment Fund (EIF), will be held via the innovative online platform FINNO, intended for business development of companies from the region.
“The basic idea behind the creation of the FINNO platform was to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with comprehensive information on available sources of financing from European and regional funds and financial support programmes,” said Gordana Tiodorovic, Deputy Director of the Chamber’s Representation and Protection of Members Sector.
She added that, in addition to sources of funding for entrepreneurial projects, the platform contains current and unified information and news, a supply and demand base, as well as links with companies to develop technologies and innovations. Furthermore, the platform offers the possibility to hold online events and bilateral meetings, but also contains all the necessary information on available EU and regional funds and financial support programmes.
The aim is to have, in one place, all the necessary information for the development of innovation, competitiveness and business of companies from Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Croatia and Slovenia.
