Ever since coming to Smederevo, PKC has been operating in a rented facility, spanning 19,000 square metres and 5.3 hectares of land, which are owned by the city. Recently, the Smederevo Assembly adopted a proposal to sell both the facility and the land.

Jasna Avramovic said that the city had built the facility with a loan of 7.8 million euro, of which 5.8 million euro was spent on the building, while the remaining 2 million euro was spent on secondary infrastructure plus another smaller area (spanning 3,000 square) that is rented.

The estimated value of the facility is 6.3 million euro, said Avramovic, adding that the Finnish company has paid 4 million euros in lease from 2015 to date.
