Fiat Kragujevac resumes production

The workers at Fiat’s plant in Kragujevac are resuming production after a seven-day recess.

This was confirmed by the President of the Independent Trade Union at Fiat Chrysler Automobili (FCA) in Kragujevac. The production is realized in two shifts, with 410 vehicles assembled each day.

The reason for the halt in the production was the harmonization of the production with the demand, as the company doesn’t make cars to stock them, but produces them in line with the demand from its European and American clients.

Around 2,500 employees of the biggest Serbian exporter will have another recess during the Easter holidays.
