Famous fife and kaval players Bora Dugic, Teodosii Spasov and Madalin Luca to perform in Belgrade

The Kings of Fife project gathers the best kaval, fife and panpipes players in the Balkans – Bora Dugic from Serbia, Teodosii Spasov from Bulgaria and Madalin Luca from Romania. The three masters will perform in Belgrade on May 23rd (Kombank Hall).

Bora Dugic is a celebrated Serbian fife player who, this year, is celebrating 50 years of his career as a fife player. He will be joined on stage by Madalin Luca, a Romanian panpipes player that boldly tackles different genres – the Romanian traditional music, classical music, jazz, world music, participating in various festivals and concerts in Europe, alone and with different bands and orchestras.

Another musician to join Dugic and Luca on stage is the Bulgarian kaval player and jazz musician, Teodosii Spasov who, at home in Bulgaria, is a national figure and musical hero, and was recently honoured with the “Music Artist of the Year” award. He is the Artistic Director of the world-renowned “PHILIP KOUTEV Ensemble Of Music, Drama And Dance”.

The tickets for the concert retail at 1,000, 1,400 and 1,800 dinars.
