Democratic Party expels four prominent members

The Democratic Party (DS) announced that, due to violations of the party’s Articles of Association and the Code of Ethics, it has expelled four prominent politicians from its ranks: Radoslav Milojicic Kena, Slobodan Milosavljevic, Balsa Bozovic and Branislav Lecic.

“Due to violations of the Articles of Association and Code of Ethics of the Democratic Party, attempts to take over the management of the party and misconduct, the Board of Directors of the Democratic Party today implemented the disciplinary procedure initiated by the party’s Ethics Committee and decided to expel Radoslav Milojicic Kena , Slobodan Milosavljevic, Balsa Bozovic and Branislav Lecic from his ranks ”, reads the announcement.

The Ethics Committee initiated disciplinary proceedings on July 9, 2020 against four Democratic Party officials, who due to violating the Democratic Party’s Statute and Code of Ethics have damaged its reputation.

“Radoslav Milojicic Kena, Slobodan Milosavljevic, Balsa Bozovic and Branislav Lecic attempted to sabotage the party at the Madlenianum theatre on June 21 this year, when they blocked the entrances to the building and attempted to interrupt the session of the party’s Governing Council ”, the DS information service announced.
