Czech company SEBRE to invest over 1 billion euro in real estate in Serbia

After meeting with representatives of the Czech company SEBRE, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced that the same company would invest at least one billion euro in real estate in Belgrade.

“Marina Dorćol will look great…We have a completely new green agenda… SEBRE has bought a lot of land in other parts of Belgrade. Mitić Park in Slavija will feature a magnificent building with beautiful arcades,” Vučić said after the meeting.

He added that he the Czechs were keen to invest more in Serbia.

“Their investment in the real sector alone will be one billion euro. Now, we are looking for the right investor for the Štavalj mine and we are already in negotiations for the Soko mine. Plus, we are negotiating with the Czech PPF regarding trams and Skoda vehicles. PPF acquired Telenor and is one of the biggest investors in our country,” said Vučić.
