Belgrade University’s best fields of study according to Shanghai ranking

The University of Belgrade ranked 13 out of a total of 54 fields of study n the latest Shanghai Science Fields 2022 list.

The University recorded the highest ranking in the study field of food science and food technology (between 51st and 75th place), as last year.

This year, the University ranks between 201st and 300th in physics, as well as in the fields of instrumentation science and technology, veterinary medicine, public health and dentistry. In the study fields of agricultural sciences and clinical medicine, the university was ranked between 301st and 400^th place, while and in mathematics, ecology, pharmacy, psychology and education it ranked from 401st to 500th.

The Shanghai list for scientific fields has been published since 2009 and precedes the ranking of the world’s best universities of the same name. The 2022 list includes more than 1,800 universities out of 5,000 in 96 countries.
