The forum titled “An open talk about a poet”, dedicated to the late Leonard Cohen, will take place at the main hall of Dom Omladine on Friday, 18th November.
Dragan Ambrozic from Dom Omladine and Vladimir Skocajic, the creator of the Gistro FM radio show, will have an interactive discussion with the audience about their personal experiences with the outstanding signer and his songs who was immensely significant for the popular culture.
The people like Cohen are few and far between because they touched many generations with their poetry. The long and tumultuous life of this singer from Montreal ended only a few days ago. Music critics have called him “one of the most fascinating and enigmatic singers of all time, second only to Bob Dylan”.
During the forum, the audience will be able to by Leonard Cohen’s novels – “The Favourite Game” and “Beautiful Losers” – at the Beopolis book store which is situated in the hall of Dom Omladine.
