Belgrade Beer Fest this year from 18-21 August

This year’s Belgrade music festival Beer Fest will be held from 18 to 21 August in Ušće and will last four days instead of five, the festival organizer, Sky Music, has announced.

In addition to local and regional musicians, this year’s Beer Fest will host world-famous musicians such as the popular Australian guitarist Tommy Emmanuel and the British electronic music band Kosheen, who have previously been guests at many festivals (Guitar Art Fest, Exit).

One of the main stars of the Beer Fest will be Konstrakta, or Ana Ðurić, who recently had very successful performances on the main stage of the Arsenal Fest in Kragujevac and at Exit in Novi Sad.

The local rock bands Van Gogh, Bajaga i Instruktori, Deca Loših Muzičara, Zbogom Brus Li, the alternative hard rock band E-Play, the punk rock band Love Hunters, and the highly sought-after Queen Real tribute band will also perform.

Regional performers will include Croatian punk rock bands Hladno Pivo, Psihomodo pop, electro-pop attraction Nipplepeople, pop musician Massimo Savić and others.

The novelty this year is that everyone who arrives at the Festival gates by 7:30 p.m. won’t have to pay the admission fee, while admission is free for everybody showing up at the festival after 7:30 p.m. will be buying two drinks instead of a ticket.
