This year’s Auteur Film Festival (the 28th in a row) will be held from November 25 to December 2 in the Kombank Hall, Dom Omladine, the Belgrade Cultural Centre, Jugoslovenska Kinoteka (Kinoteka), the Fontana cinema, the Vlada Divljan cinema, Studentski Grad and the Kolarac Foundation.
The Auteur Film Festival (FAF) was founded in 1994 with the aim of presenting the best contemporary auteur film productions to the domestic audience. The films showcased at the festival are different from most films from the regular cinema repertoire – they do not strive for mere entertainment, but rather the search for a deeper, truer and more complex picture of today’s world and humankind.
Last year, over 30,000 people visited the Festival. For more information about this year’s programme, please go to https://faf.rs/ .
