If you are flying with Air Serbia, and you have bought one of the four lowest fares, and you don’t check-in online, you will have to pay a 30-EUR-additional fee when checking in at the airport.
After switching over to a new online ticket sale system, the national airliner introduced new conditions as well as novelties with one of them being a mandatory online check-in via computers, tablets or smartphones.
From now on you can check-in 36 hours before the flight. The deadline for checking-in online is one hour before the flight. By using this service, Air Serbia’s passengers will save both their time and money. Once you check-in online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which you need to show when boarding the plane.
If you have hand luggage, than have to go to a counter. Air Serbia says that they have opened fast counters just for this purpose.
Also, travel agencies can do a check-in for you according to new rules. All you need to do is to send your travel agent the scanned first page of your passport. Another extra fee that Air Serbia will charge from now on is selecting your own seat on the plane. This service will cost between 2 EUR and 30 EUR, with the seats that have extra legroom costing the most.
