ABD continues to work on shopping mall and hotel in Belgrade

The shopping center and hotel in Rajićeva street, Belgrade, will occupy 60,000 square meters, and the Israeli investment, worth around EUR 80 mln, is the only shopping center in the country located in the main pedestrian zone.The Mayor of Belgrade Sinisa Mali said that, when he visited the site in August last year, the works were underway on the underground garage, and that the hotel and shopping mall would have been opened by September 2017. .

Tsahi Boneh, head of ABD and the project manager, outlined that, so far, 70% of the available space has been rented, and that negotiations with the company that will manage the hotel are pending. He reminded that the project is in its final stage, thanking the Mayor Sinisa Mali and the City of Belgrade on current interest, help and support.

At the same time, Mali announced the start of construction of the gondola that will link Kalemegdan park with the Friendship Park by the end of next year.
